1.NaRaYa品牌的包包大多数包里面都有塑料防水层，有时候包包打开会闻到明显的塑料味，只要把包包撑开放两天，味道就会慢慢散掉了。
2.NaRaYa包包的清洗：纯棉面料只要将包包在洗衣粉水里浸泡一会儿，丝绸面料的包包最好泡在丝绸专用洗涤剂水里，脏的地方用软刷刷一下，然后在清水中投洗干净。因包包有塑料防水层，比较硬，不容易拧干，可以用干毛巾反复吸水，然后挂在通风处晾干。
3.NaRaYa 包包的整理：新买来的包包由于长时间折叠运输，有的地方面料有些褶皱，或者折叠的痕迹很重，可以用填充物将包包撑起来，然后用熨斗轻轻熨平褶皱和折叠的痕 迹。熨的时候要注意：用低温（因为有塑料层，所以温度一定不能高，不然塑料就烫坏），拿块布盖在包包上，隔着布来熨烫包包。
